When I first heard this penalty, I assumed he went inside to inside when trying to move up from his 10th place start. The one video clip i saw it looked like He ran over one course marker while choosing a lane. He probably actually lost time. This seems like a bad call.

Who cares. Deegs put on an all time performance and made it look easy. Like a man amongst boys. Let the AMA ruin their reputation if they want. Don’t sweat it fellas. Deegs is going to get that one back and absolutely brutalize the field in the next two East/West shootouts.

That is ridiculous.. it’s not like he switched lanes mid way through, he would have gained nothing from that

Hopefully, what this would cause, is a moment of realization for some, that you should never treat anyone differently because they have been accused, while complete information is missing. The lanterns and pitchforks mentality should be reserved for things that are absolute.

Too bad he got set back a position. Still a great ride from him. Clearly the best out there.💯

If you were asking 100 "Dems" if he is guilty of a crime based on what we think we know along with what we definitely don't know ?And should he be treated differently because he is accused ? What would the answers overwhelmingly be vs the reversed scenario ?

You couldn't find your ass starting with both hands in your back pockets. Every comment I've made has been in response to comments from other people. Imagine such a thing ? Take your own advice if so important to you, or better yet,...STOP LOOKING and turn off your notifications for this. You don't know how, do you ?

It's annoying seeing your name ONCE, since you don't have enough sense to turn off your notifications for this specific topic or just stop looking. But instead, you keep looking and complain about it. It's like sitting on your codsack and crying about it as you continue to just sit there.

I can't imagine how you concluded that I "took offense" I can assure you that I'm nowhere in the vicinity of being offended. I've taken a playful shot at you by exposing that you're being derogatory about something while ironically keeping up with it. It's nothing serious.

He took responsibility for his actions, whatever those actions may be. Deny it ? Define "it" He is certainly not confessing to assaulting her or he would definitely be arrested by way of confession. If you think he is guilty because he isn't defensive enough, that is obviously your prerogative, but it is extremely flawed and here is why. Having...

Im one of the few that's NOT making up "theories" You do not have facts and you're filling in blanks with theories. If his statement about his "actions" were as absolute and incriminating as you are saying they are, the prosecution would have a slam dunk case. The prosecution knows it carries no weight. You are acting as though it...

It's a blanket, vague statement that lacks detail. It means he is admitting fault on some level. That is the answer. My question to you is,...What did he do, EXACTLY ? It is very apparent that the prosecution does not interpret his statement as a confession to a crime.

I don't think anyone here is condoning what Jason is accused of. But, we weren't there. Unless there's video, or multiple witnesses with the same story, we won't ever know what happened, including whether his wife's side of the story is true, false, minimized or exaggerated, and that happens too often. Whether he ever races again is secondary.

"I take full responsibility for my actions" Did he provide details about those "actions" ? Did the prosecutor choose not to charge someone who is confessing to a crime ? Apparently, they are smarter than you are and they understand a blanket statement like that carries no weight.
