Start slow. Camp in a campground first with water and bathrooms in a tent. Find out how things work. You can day hike from there. Back packing all your things is a lot of work, not just the hiking. Fixing meals and having water takes a lot of effort and planning. It doesn't have to be a painful big adventure...

I watched most of it. We attended about 10 years ago. Talk about a sport for the rich to be a fan and very tough try to compete at the top level as a player.

I have thought about this. Instead of keeping the old truck around for the bike. I prefer driving our second car around for everyday. Subarus do have some of the heavier hitch weight ratings. They are made for outdoor play.

Our back yard is fenced. I see pools with no fences in rural areas sometime, I would not have that.

Here's the drawing of our pool, 16 X 32. They finished it in March. I also don't see how someone could sub it out. Even the stone guys somewhat have to be pool experienced. What adds a lot to the expense is water features, heaters, type of stone for decking ect. I would say your starting at $40,000 -$60,000...
For sand, rocks, roots, and tree deflections one can't beat them. After awhile you don't even notice it, unless you take it off. Hillbilly, they can be adjusted to shut off during your last 20% or so , like on a sharp turn. Also can adjust how much resistance you want.

Take a good look at the taxes. The value price is going to go to what you paid for it the next year. As said, a good home inspector is a must. Try to be there when he inspects, he can also teach you a lot about the place.

Face Book jumped 15.52% yesterday and Under Armour 22.59 % own a little in each, wish I owned a bunch. I bought a little Fit Bit this morning, it's one of the stocks they claim Gopro is dragging down with it.

I don't know how good they sounded when they were about 30 years old, but they sounded damn good in Austin last summer.

These shocks came on this 1979 RM400 I bought from a friend. Like the Fox Air shocks they have internal springs. These though are KYB brand. The Fox have two air chambers with high and low pressure, these only have one air chamber. I was just wondering if anyone else has these or knows much about them.
