I dont think there is really any power to spare on a 2 stroke. You would need to buy a charging stator and it would probably take more power than you would gain by not having to run the water pump.

Nothing to do with your question, but hopefully a helpful heads up on Gorr YZ295 kits: Throughly check the powervalve assembly movement and torques from Gorr. I've learned he had outsourced some assembly and there were issues. My YZ295 Gorr kit was ported for "mo betta" power ended up having piston/powervalve contact issues within a few hours. Additionally, and probably related, it was an absolute nightmare to jet. I was waiting on the Smartcarb to come out to so I could solve jetting more holistically, but they had many years of delays so I never got there (they were all-i...
