Thought i'd share some pics of a complete rebuild of what was a roach '99 RMX 250, rusted frame and gunked out motor. Every bearing, bolt, seal has been replaced and every part massaged, rebuilt or replaced.
Found and purchased the bike in April, & rode the bike for the first time during the week.

Hardest part of the build: Getting the wiring loom tidy to get rid or move of a lot of junk behind the number plate.
Most frustrating part of the build: Nutting out what parts apply to the Australian version of the RMX and what doesn't. ProX still sells stuff in Australia that isn't for the australian RMX
Most fun: Sending parts away to get vapour honed, powdercoated or re-surfaced. What a satisfying job that would be!

Very proud of it, and stoked with how it runs, these bikes are seriously underrated.

Full nut and bolt rebuild consisted of:

Frame, sidestand Powdercoated
