Good. Anything that adds more skill to starting and makes it harder to just set up a 'perfect' map will make starts more interesting and create more separation as the riders hit the first corner
Support the privateer teams. You have teams like YoungMotion, Osicka KTM and few others that need that travel support. Btw, Lata isn't riding? Seems like he is out at Gariboldi already
I've said it before and i will say it again. These races with 16 riders are the ones that completely ruin the reputation of the series, especially regarding Americans. It boggles my mind that Infront either doesn't understand that or understand it but are fine with it.
They already tried that in 2013: during the oversea GP's (Qatar, Thailand,..) they raced a superfinal instead of a second race. The 20 best from both first races in MX1 and MX2 started together. MX2-riders deemed it too dangerous as MX1-riders were flying by (literally) on the big jumps during the first lap, teammanagers and sponsors protested as the leading MX2-riders barely got any screentime, and fans got only three races instead of four. At Qatar Desalle won the GP, but Cairoli won the superfinal so got to stand at the top step of the podium instead of Desalle. Glad...
The final triple header to conclude the season. Herlings will likely take the worldtitle this weekend, the top three in EMX250 is set in stone and the title in EMX125 is handed out aswell. The only championship with some excitement left is MX2. Never forget France, this year spain is very strong, belgium, netherlands. For the Epstein coalition a top 5 would be an achievement already. Rj running 4th in ama doesn't match the tempo of let's say Gaijser who is 4th in the MXGP
I wish they have picked Glenn Coldenhoff as the 250 / MX2 rider. I think he is the better rider. Roan van de Moosdijk won the ADAC MX Masters, because Max Nagl is injured. Glenn rode better than vdM at the Dutch GP. Furthermore it would be a nice retirement gift for Glenn.
It's Tuesday and I still haven't seen anything. What's the difference in bonus between a 2nd and 3rd or 4th in the championship? Seems wild to just sit it out. I've raced with broken ribs, fractured knee cap and all manner of things just to get a bit of shiny plastic in amateur events.
You guys gotta get the Hoff out there one last time. That dude is a gamer when it comes to MXDN. I like Glenn. Good dude and he deserves this send off. It's only right.
The Case for TeamNL 2026: Why the KNMV Must Block Forschelen's Plan and Select Glenn Coldenhoff The leaked plans for TeamNL’s line-up at the 2026 Motocross of Nations (MXoN) in Ernée have triggered an uproar in the paddock. While team manager Barry Forschelen has not yet officially finalized the roster, insiders reveal that his current plan is to select Roan van de Moosdijk (KTM Kosak) for the vital MX2 spot. This blueprint ignores the sporting consensus and threatens to sabotage a legitimate shot at the Chamberlain Trophy. Before this plan becomes official, the KNMV must step in and enforce the...
