Thanks folks. Sounds like Nashville is the spot to hit, despite NJ having the E/W shootout. Wife is into the Nashville idea more, too. Would like to go west, but I live east and for a short vacation, I want to keep flights/airports as short as possible.

Both facilities are open-air multi-purpose stadiums. If it rains, both will be terrible. The TN stadium is about 24 years old and NJ stadium is about 14 years old. Neither are overly impressive compared to the roofed stadiums like AT&T stadium in Arlington. I attended an SX in NJ a few years ago and it rained. And it was cold. My kid was racing and was not at his best. The day was not good. We got lucky at the SX race they had in TN in 2019. Rain was predicted, but it stayed away. Hopefully that happens again this...

Nashville was a great event last time. Cool stadium, great weather, and if you like live music it's a bitchin place.

Agree - I would pick Nashville. I have been there once (not for a race) but the city is awesome and the stadium looks great. The night life is unreal and lots of rock music and of course country. But really good bands that will surprise you. Also some restaurants (not on Broadwy) have live music as well.
