Scott unveiled their latest MX goggle this week, it's called the Prospect. I was at the dealer show today in Park City and tried on a pair. Anything over 135-138 most likely would not apply to the 150. 119 does seem plausible, though as I mentioned in the PM I'm thinking you'll end up in between 125-135. As suggested by Sandman768, use an o-ring or zip tye on your forks to measure the fork travel, it'll be your best indicator.

I'm a medium in all other brands, and a large with Fasthouse. Like others said, they run small due to their "Athletic fit" design cut. If you are running a roost guard under your Jersey, you would maybe even want to go up to sizes.

It would be surprising if the valving is much different than ours. Did you ever reduce the PSI prior to the re-valve? Unless the tuner is very reputable and with extensive experience with the AER fork (which really no one is, they are too new), I'm thinking the re-valve could have easily went in the wrong direction.
