POD braces look pretty sick. I'm hoping that Santa might bring me a set of knee braces after i broke my patella at Pala last month. Apparently riding with neoprene mtb pads makes me a bit of an idiot! Especially when my buddy decided to use his back tire to shoot rocks at my knees!!! Ouch!

I recently broke my "Johnson" in a riding accident. Probably because I was riding my best friends dirty old vintage bike with too many hours on it. He doesn't ride it anymore so most of his friends have a go once in a while. The Dr says it will fix itself with a simple course of antibiotics but in the mean time I'm not allowed to go riding without protection. I'm assuming he is referring to something like this? Does it come with installation instructions because it's not immediately obvious to me how this is going to help my broken...
