Felt great to be back on my old 93 again! Quite possibly my last ride of the year as I don't think the weather is going to hold out too much longer and it was a perfect way to end the season!

There seems to be several languages spoken here. It can be hard to understand each other sometimes, but everyone here shares the same love! Looks like you're off to a good start!

I've had the dream of building this bike for a long time. After holding onto it for 15 years I was finally able to do it. I can't thank everyone who made it possible enough. There's a lot of time and a lot of money there, but most importantly, there's a lot of pride. Thank you everyone for sharing your...

I could be mistaken, but I don't think they were ever in production. I built my own and made modifications to the frame to mount it. I believe there was someone else on this thread that had one made for theirs, also.

I just made a couple little tabs and welded them to the frame. These pictures are obviously before anything was cleaned up or painted...I'll post better ones here soon. I'm getting everything together now.

I'll keep you in mind! I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. I put all new bearings in my 93 linkage before I discovered it wouldn't work. The swingarm I got is in pretty rough shape so I'm not sure I even want to use it. I would just put my 93 swingarm back on but it has...

Thanks! The skid plate and case guard didn't take too long. Couple hours each maybe. I think it took longer to make the patterns than it did to actually build the parts. The frame covers took a while though. Mostly just because I'm so picky. I think I made 4 of each before I got some that I was happy...

Anyone know the difference between the 95 and 96 linkage arm? I got a 95 swingarm for my 93 thinkin it would work but the 93 linkage arm doesn't fit the 95 swingarm. All I can find used is a 96 125 linkage arm. The 125 and 250 have the same part number for 95 and the same number for...

In my "spare time" (whatever that is) over the last couple weeks I've been building my own frame covers, case guard, and skid plate. I got them finished and all cleaned up today. A few imperfections but overall I'm pretty happy with how they came out.

I ended up buying 3 air boxes off eBay before I got one I was happy with. Good luck! I haven't been able to find any grills at all. I might have to just build a set of aluminum ones! Which would look pretty cool, but would take away from the replica.

It looks like youre going to have to drill the frame. I'm not sitting in front of one right now, but if I'm not mistaken the tapered part of the bolt goes into the MC. I don't have the WC guards, but in your picture it looks like the shoulder is designed to replace the bolt so you would just...

Thanks! I'll see if I can find anyone nearby that does it. I'm trying to avoid having to ship big parts, but I'm in Wyoming and unfortunately there's not much here for these types of projects...

Thanks Barkhard! I read somewhere (don't remember if it was this thread or another) that the 96 pipe wouldn't fit a 93...which I found strange because I've always thought the 93/96 frame and motor were, for the most part, the same.

Couple questions: 1) I know there are several options for better suspension on the front. Working with a '93 what's the best way to go and what can be done with the rear? When everything is all said and done I'll have some Emig Racing clamps with newer forks, but until then...?? 2) Somewhere in here the question was asked...
