top 3 reasons every night I take ... 1. 2 Aleve 2. 3 ibuprofen 3. soak in Softub hot tub at 103 degrees. I have always had a extremely high tolerance to pain where instead of feeling pain it aches. I guess the good news from the Dr visit is my AC is healing well. Wish I had snapped a pic of that it really showed the screw in my shoulder from the Bristow repair.

2/10/2022 10:31am Hey man - I just had my left knee replaced (total) back in Nov 2021. It sucks for a few weeks, but once you're home, the in home care will be stretching the shit out of you. You need to take it seriously and deal with the pain while they work you, pop a pain med 1/2 hour or so...
