This is a question I have been asking for at least the past 10 years. Why is motocross the only professional sport without full time coaches. Seems logical to me that at any level especially at the top, a good coach is the most important part of riding. I scratch my head.....Mike pretty much said that Gary is good at picking things out that others don't see but yet no teams (that I know of ) hire coaches. Heck, fire the trainer and hire a coach if it's a money thing.

Derek - The best way to warm up is to row, run, bike, or whatever you prefer for 10 minutes easy, stretch for 5 minutes and then workout. The warmup is the same no matter what you are doing.
