I too have a terror of terra 85’500r. Seems Bailey had the same notion Back then as I did last year. My thought was the pegs were too far forward. the mounting seem unique to this bike but I had some fits-all vintage cast AL pegs I made work by filing the hell out of them. BUT still cant figure out how to put return springs on them. What yr CR125 pegs dud you use and what was baileys reasoning in using them? . Were they a drop in replacement? I tried 1987 500r pegs but no way could I...

Thanks for the info. It is good to see there are other folks out there that invest in out of production spagetti burning MX bikes. Great so it sounds like Italy could not sell all the bikes they made in 85 so they sent them to the US a year later and called them 1986.

Good to know 32:1 is the right mix. Is that synthetic or petroleum based . Got lots and lots of Lawn-boy oil.
