11/3/2017 11:47am Some how the pain is not too big problem for me. I "walked" out from hospital after 2hours I had surgery. I took pain killers two times because little pain was just annoying.

10/31/2017 10:14am Thanks. I thought that small chop will be an issue. I played with preload on my cone valve forks and with 5mm and above preload small chop came an issue.

10/31/2017 2:11am Hi. Like to hear from experiences how much spring preload works for individual cases. I have 2017 Kawi 450 with öhlins cartridges in. Fork springs are 51. My weight 80kg. Read that many people put 2mm preload and happy with that. Öhlins same time recomends 8mm of preload. All thoughts are very wellcome! TNX!

12/15/2015 12:24pm In my experience they gave right number for the front but too stiff for the rear. Trust your sag measurments! In my case they offered 0.2kg stiffer rear spring. I have got down these 0.2kg and then the rear of the bike was ok. Did it with my honda, kawasaki, ktm and now with suzuki and it always worked. But...
