Saddleback land is still vacant and from what I’m told the houses haven’t moved any closer from when it shutdown. Carlsbad as mentioned above is partially covered by a business park with mostly empty suites.

White dog is Lilly; she is deaf. She found the black dog, Phil, while at a dog park and became best friends, then boy friend and girl friend and we believe they have chosen each other as life partners. Phil knows Lilly cannot hear and always stays within physical contact of her. That way, Lilly knows when something is going on. She follows Phil, her 'ears' everywhere!!! However, big tough Phil was too scared to go into the vet until Lilly help him get over his fear; 2nd pic. They are inseparable.
