The cases on the 93 yz125 are a one year only thing, so may have been made wider to fit the extra plate. The 86 to 92 yz125 have the same clutch side case number 1lx (well some are black and the later ones silver) Not sure on the side cover tho I've often thought about if you could machine...

Hi guys , they changed the clutch in 93 ( 1 more plate etc) So 91 and 92 are the same, the actuator shaft is different in 92 to change the leverage rate Your yz looks mint by the way! Ps I would keep the stock graphics.
