Working on getting my '89 YZ125 restored. Starting on the engine now. The bike came with a ported '87 cylinder, which I'm planning on running. The problem is the '86-'88 cylinders have a bolt-on exhaust manifold, and mine is complete garbage. The manifold is NLA and there are zero on Ebay, so I am going to have to repair mine. Mine is so bad, I can't even get a good dimension off of it to fab a new one. Plus my pipe is an '89 PC unit, which is tuned for an '89 Cylinder. Anyone out there have an '89-'93 YZ125 cylinder, or bike they can pull the pipe off of, and measure the dimension of the exhaust port floor from the piston to the end of exhaust port?

Just a fluke that I seen your post then seen one on eBay,!
I'll be glad to tonight if still needed
I have 90,92 93 to compare from
have to dig out after work.

$54.95 euro
2hg 14614 is the part number but it says it's the update number for 1lx 14614
I have a bunch of 91,92,93 cylinders , the distance from the top of the exhaust port to the face of the exhaust spigot is apox 67mm, and 56mm on the bottom of the exhaust port to spigot . Measured in the middle of the exhaust port .This is on a brand new 91 cylinder , I have a new 93 cylinder but they have a exhaust bridge so harder to measure .hope this helps
My apologies for not getting back to you with the exhaust info. Just got super busy at work and forgot to check in on Vital for a few days. I see some one else got you the info you needed. I haven't had a chance to get much done on my'89. Hopefully can find some time this weekend.
