3/5/2013 1:31pm Am I missing something here... Since when or where in the rule book does it say a penalty can be issued mid-race? Wether it's a red flag situation or not!?!?!? Penalties are always issued at the END OF A RACE... Again maybe I'm missing something. I've ben racing for 25 yrs., 5-6 pro and can't remember someone getting docked mid-race?
