I have both bikes… hundreds of hrs on 2 different 350”s, and have 55hrs on my 300Sx. The only issue I had with my 300 was to have the TPI reset after getting the ECU tuned to spread out the monster midrange hit. The 350 is easier to ride but not as fast as the 300 but…. If you are not up to the task of riding the 300, it will work you…I love the 350”s and feel they are still the best Vet/ old guy bikes… but if you have a 2 stroke itch that needs to be scratched...
