If you're buying a MX bike if you can afford to buy it cash you can buy it in a state like Oregon with no state sales tax or title requirement and just get the MCO. Power Motosports has about the cheapest prices anywhere. Motoshippers is usually the best bet for shipping. You can save a lot of money on a bike but it won't have a title and you'll probably have to pay local taxes to get one.

They handled the arrangements, but obviously you're paying a 3rd party. I don't remember the name of the shipping company but they were top notch and communicated very well.

9/8/2026 4:57pm Did you have to set up shipping or did they handle it? Reason I ask is I was recommended shiply or u-ship in the past… it was one of the two, I called them for a quote and got spam calls from them every other day for over a month… don’t want to deal with that again lol

I've purchased 3 bikes from AEO in Murrieta and had them shipped to Memphis. Great purchases and the delivery service was great.

Babbitts and heinens are two that come to mind. Ridersville in Wv has insane prices, not a single dollar added up top of their fees, make a trip out there and hit tomahawk on the way back, not a bad y to save some cash and spend a wknd.

I have shipped many bikes both to and from. First off diesel prices are at record highs though out most of the country, and that is driving up shipping costs. In most cases you will need to arrange the shipping yourself, though the shop might recommend a shipper that they have worked with in the past. There are 2 ways to ship a bike, use a motorcycle specific carrier where they simply roll the bike on and strap it down, or you can use a freight carrier but the bike will have to be in a crate or strapped to...

8/25/2026 4:40pm Yeah clutch is adjustable. The hesitation/bog happens before the clutch even engages though. It’s happens instantly when you twist the throttle wide open.
