Yeah. How many times has someone said “I almost joined (fill in the blank)”. I mean, military service ain’t top of mind for most 18-24 year olds. I do get tired of chest-thumping folks who are gung ho about military campaigns while their kids are chasing dollars or chicks but not raising their right hands. It’s always someone else’s children doing the dirty work.

Look, I’m no fanboy, but I can recognize a great ride when I see one. Sure, he fucked up his holeshot advantage, but he made up for it with an electrifying blast through the pack. Credit where it’s due.

That was a helluva ride by Haiden in moto 1. First, I don’t think I have ever seen anyone get up so quickly from a first (well, second) turn crash like that! It’s amazing how he is able to scramble to his feet after crashing. And how fast he got into the top 10 after that was also incredible. But the best part of his race was that nasty, nasty scrub to pass Cooper Webb! Damn, that must have hurt Webb’s feelings… 🤣
