Compare the part numbers between the two bikes (axle, spacers) and you'll have your answer.

Sub hub, R model is 19" rim, X is 18".

The rear will fit part from you get a19”. Front will also fit but you will loose the speedo on the right side if i remember it corectly from when i had both R and X models 2009.
