1/27/2012 2:24pm I have to rebuild my fork seals and was wondering what improvements i can make while they are apart. Any setup recommendations would be great. I'm 165lb, C-rider, 09 YZ250f.

1/25/2012 1:26pm I am paraphrasing here, but when asked "what his thoughts were on specific pro riders being so vocal about neck braces not working" I was hoping Cornell DeJongh would have said something to the affect of "I would trust the research that engineers and medical staff have put together and not some homeschooled pro racers opinion."

11/18/2011 7:33am I was in the same predicament until yesterday. I have always ran Alpinestar, so I was reluctant to stray from something I knew. The shop didn't have the SG12's, but they did have the G-React and SG10's. Both boots felt amazing from the start. I went Gaerne for next year.

11/17/2011 7:38am I appreciate the advise. I agree with you that the amount I ride and my level stock is pretty good for me. Out of curiosity, what is a ball park figure to do a revalve? Would it require doing the rear as well?
