9/5/2020 8:44pm I have 14.3 volts at the output of the regulator rectifier but not seeing at the battery itself 🤷♂️ Broken wire or bad harness. Shouldn’t I see the same numbers on both ?

It's probably your tip over sensor. Check to see if it's mounted properly. May have gotten twisted when the new battery was installed. OR The dealer may just be after another "diagnostic fee".

9/5/2020 5:50pm Sounds funny but if I rotate the kill switch almost pointing down it doesn’t die 🤷♂️😂 I ordered a new kill switch and just threw an anti gravity battery in it. 3rd battery in 24 hours of life kinda missing a kickstarter and a carburetor at the moment

Invest in a good Li battery to replace the crap OEM unit. They work well and last. Paw Paw

9/3/2020 6:02pm And for all those out there like me if the battery takes a shit your bike will just die on the track no warning efi just goes out bike will cut off and die like you ran out of gas 👍 hope this helps the next guy save some money

9/3/2020 6:00pm It was the battery Yamaha gave me a new one but I had to pay for diagnostic and install so if your bike dies just put a new battery in it. The warranty usually won’t cover battery issues I’m happy to help support my local dealer but two weeks without my ride was the issue for me 🤙

8/24/2020 7:11pm Mine just completely died on me Saturday it has 21 hours pushed it back to the truck. Won’t even click when I hit the start hopefully it’s just the battery took it to the dealer hopefully my extra warranty will cover whatever it is if not WTF. Before this best bike I’ve ever rode 🤙

8/22/2020 7:05pm The bike died on the track then has absolutely no response hitting the start button it’s at the dealer now hopefully the warranty covers anything that broke I’ll update here when I find out what happened. 20 hours on a new bike is horrible for it to leave someone stranded in the middle of nowhere 👎

8/22/2020 2:30pm It’s not seized I did get it to fire once while messing with the wires but after that back to nothing at all

8/22/2020 2:26pm Rode 3 laps today the bike has 20 hours it died like it ran out of gas and won’t even try to crank over now anyone else out there experience anything like this. Hopefully the warranty covers it but still curious as to the cause
