Well its very easy to maintain with some wd40 and scotchbrite, a 5min buff now and then and its like new.

I bought GPI Radiators of Ebay, they fitt well. I bought a set to an Yz450f before and those also fitted well.

I used one of these in nylon, even removes paint if you dont have acces to sand/glassblasting.

Yes of course i forgott the skidplate, a wider one that covers ignition and waterpump.

This was my woods bike 2012, i had IMS oversize tank, GYTR flywheel, Cycra handguards. Thats all you need, The flywheel makes all the difference.

So i just finished the restoration on this Yamaha Yz250. Of course i forgott to take a picture before i tore it down. The bike was a real turd, dirty, greasy and not taken cared of. Here is an example of how the parts looked like.
