So i just finished the restoration on this Yamaha Yz250. Of course i forgott to take a picture before i tore it down. The bike was a real turd, dirty, greasy and not taken cared of. Here is an example of how the parts looked like.
So every part has been cleaned, buffed and replaced when out of spec.
I sandblasted and painted the frame, got new bearings for the swingarm, linkage, wheels and rear suspension. The bike also got new radiators and hoses. I rebuilt the top end with an Wiseco piston and an V-Force 3 reed cage, and got the carburator cleaned up.
All aluminum details have ben glass blasted and polished. Got a new PC Works pipe with the 304 silencer. New plastics with graphics from Doc Wobb. The bike runs great and looks great. I wanted to keep the oem look on the bike.
