If I were you, i would just go w/ a 450, easier to ride and less maintenance. You say your wife is 5'7 5'8ish and 120, i would really need to see a picture to give you an honest opinion on which bike would be right for her.

Thanks for the replies, I will check out the riderinsurance and BCBS. I had nothing but good experiences with Aetna in the past, that will be my preference. It was really smooth both mornings on the way out, about 50 mins, traffic flowed nicely. Only complaint was the way home, specifically, 10 or so miles on one laned 76. Sat. returning home there was a wreck and today everyone was trying to get to the beach. It should be fine though on a normal weekend or weekday. Here...

The Pala crew did an excellent job yesterday w/ a pretty large turnout for a "soft opening" things seemed to go smooth. The crowd did not seem nearly as big today, but still pretty crowded.
