No ... My name is Eddy Cumins. I raced in Oklahoma from 80-85.

Yesterday (July 11th) we had a reunion of sort for all riders who raced Oklahoma Motocross in the past. Most of us raced in the 70's with some into the 80's and others still riding today. We all raced at 59th & Douglas which was the common thread amongst us all. There were 13 in attendence on this day in Duncan, OK at the home of Randy Russell who graciously hosted the gathering. Also in attendance were Mark Russell, Trey Jorski, Chuck Cooper, Mike Patterson, Clarence Fortney, Doug Nelson, Lee Anderson, David Fultz, Dennis Morris, Curtis Ross and Mike Steil...

Just like every track 59th sure has its stories. I remember the time when there was the old raggied ass bleachers in front of the whoop section and one of the rows gave out. Newman Sr. immediately went to the front gate and posted a sign saying something to the effect that all riders and spectators enter and their own risk. HaHa There was the rider of Eric (last name ?) who rode a CR 125 and his dad pulled a gun on another rider's father. I never witnessed this but I was told that Guy Cooper used to light...
