Hey Skerby, i was in the exact same position as you a few months ago. Just turned 30, my past 3 bikes have been YZ250 2Ts and was very hesitant to switch to a 450. All i can say is i made the jump and bought a 2019 YZ450F and all i can say is WOW, it's an awesome bike...

Well for everyone saying this bike doesn't work well for pros, here in Aus Dean Ferris won every single round last year in our MX series on one...

Here in AUS at the moment dealers are running out '15 KX/RMZ/CRF 450's for ~$8,500. The '16 Kato is $12,000 here !!!.
