Beta began production of their own version of KTM engines in 2010. These engines were DOHC and shared a lot of genetics with KTM LC4 engines i.e. KTM 525 exc

I'm not sure I would go that far. They Beta uses a lot of OG ktm parts (i.e. Domino throttle.) There's also clearly a lot of influence from KTM in the engine, chassis, and frame. Yes its made in its own factory now, but I would think about this relationship similar to the Kawasaki/Suzuki relationship of the 2000's. Yes they...

He is correct. Beta and KTM have a long history of sharing and or developing parts for each other. My KTM mini bikes (i think 65) had at least one or two Beta stamped parts (I'm thinking rear brake cylinder and something else). Maybe because vince did nothing wrong and broke zero rules? Or do you refuse to accept the fact that contact is allowed in supercross

Friese doesn't have to be good or bad for the sport. Like any other organism in an ecosystem, he just exists. Kind of like a crocodile . . Or a jaguar

The way I see it, Vince is out there racing according to the customary rules of sport, and for your entertainment. If vince wasn't out there half the same crowd would be crying that the race was too boring All of this harassment and online bullying of vince friese has to be the most embarassing thing about the whole MX...
It's just sad this is what he does for money now - but I get it. say what you want about vince, at least he is still out there earning money honestly. I hope Vince never has to resort to joining Weston and the only fans girls in the "social-media/professional unemployment" segment of the US economy
When you signed up for the race, you knew and consented to the rules of the game: that contact may occur while racing for position. This was an indoor race, so you knew that there was an increased element of contact between bikes and this was for the benefit of the fans in the arena and this is all customary...
Well you had Friese racing hard at an indoor race, playing by the rules of the game, and then on the other hand you had Peick commit a violent possibly aggravated assault that had absolutely nothing to do with the sport of supercross. Dude got super lucky he was in lawless california and not any normal state, which would have...
