11/7/2023 2:50pm https://www.dirtrider.com/tests/off-road-bikes/141_1005_2010_beta_450rr…. Link to the article of Beta's first ever in-house engine 2010. First model Based KTM RFS engine, designed to be more compact. The engines were never as powerful as the KTM, to this day they are not. But the current engine to this day still shares some lineage to the older KTM RFS

11/7/2023 2:44pm Beta began production of their own version of KTM engines in 2010. These engines were DOHC and shared a lot of genetics with KTM LC4 engines i.e. KTM 525 exc

11/7/2023 2:17pm I'm not sure I would go that far. They Beta uses a lot of OG ktm parts (i.e. Domino throttle.) There's also clearly a lot of influence from KTM in the engine, chassis, and frame. Yes its made in its own factory now, but I would think about this relationship similar to the Kawasaki/Suzuki relationship of the 2000's. Yes they...

11/7/2023 2:08pm He is correct. Beta and KTM have a long history of sharing and or developing parts for each other. My KTM mini bikes (i think 65) had at least one or two Beta stamped parts (I'm thinking rear brake cylinder and something else). And then Beta used KTM engines to build their off road brand until 2010 or so (engines...

11/7/2023 2:01pm Looking forward to vince swiping that first lites title this year. Can't wait to see y'all clowns all upset when he snags the points lead. With how soft the 250 field is, seems highly likely

11/7/2023 6:50am I'm a couple years younger than Vince. But there was always a story when i was growing up that vince burnt down a barn or something. Have no idea if anyone can confirm this

11/6/2023 8:48pm Maybe because vince did nothing wrong and broke zero rules? Or do you refuse to accept the fact that contact is allowed in supercross

11/6/2023 5:54pm Friese doesn't have to be good or bad for the sport. Like any other organism in an ecosystem, he just exists. Kind of like a crocodile . . Or a jaguar

11/6/2023 2:08pm I think you mispronounced "the sport now has a cancel culture / mob type mentality that it adopted from the political far left"

11/6/2023 12:07pm The way I see it, Vince is out there racing according to the customary rules of sport, and for your entertainment. If vince wasn't out there half the same crowd would be crying that the race was too boring All of this harassment and online bullying of vince friese has to be the most embarassing thing about the whole MX...

11/6/2023 10:35am It's just sad this is what he does for money now - but I get it. say what you want about vince, at least he is still out there earning money honestly. I hope Vince never has to resort to joining Weston and the only fans girls in the "social-media/professional unemployment" segment of the US economy

11/6/2023 9:54am When you signed up for the race, you knew and consented to the rules of the game: that contact may occur while racing for position. This was an indoor race, so you knew that there was an increased element of contact between bikes and this was for the benefit of the fans in the arena and this is all customary...

11/6/2023 9:39am Yes, notorious for not prosecuting an infinity of property crimes. But apparently they also choose not to prosecute violent crimes when there is some aroma of "street justice" or other form of virtue signaling

11/6/2023 9:21am Well you had Friese racing hard at an indoor race, playing by the rules of the game, and then on the other hand you had Peick commit a violent possibly aggravated assault that had absolutely nothing to do with the sport of supercross. Dude got super lucky he was in lawless california and not any normal state, which would have...
