My 81 490 OEM ignition works well..''Bosch''..?..I am interested to know what this (HPI) aftermarket adds..?

The kit number for your bike is 068K291. On their downloads page, they don't show it. Their email address is hpi@hpi.be so maybe you can inquire and get somewhere!
