When's the last time you checked valves? Just a thought. I have owned 4 rmz's and have not run into that fuel pump conector problem yet however that could be a possible cause as well

Heard he might be on Ronnie Stewart's effort. Can't remember where I heard it but he's on suzukis and Ronnie has the old Suzuki semi so seems to make sense

Being a mechanic at a Honda dealership I agree this is good of Honda to step up and take responsibility for a problem that has been found. The only problem with recalls is they are hard on the dealers during a busy season and being paid on a pre-set amount

Yes I race the rmz 450s and have quite a bit of experience with setting them up. Weight? Height? Level of rider? What will you primarily be riding tracks? Or trails?
