Suspension for air forks and rear new to motocross just after advice bike seems to be stiff to ride and jumps round on rear wen hits bumps

You need to give us the basics. Your weight, first time ever on a bike, is your rear sag correct?

Yes I race the rmz 450s and have quite a bit of experience with setting them up. Weight? Height? Level of rider? What will you primarily be riding tracks? Or trails?

Just messing around on down the river side got whoop bit and couple jumps I'm 15.8 stone and 6 foot and ok rider not that good

RTFM. There are a few pointers about setting your suspension in the owners manual. Also,if you are a pure beginner you need to stand and let your legs help with some of the bump absorption. If you are sitting on the seat and hitting bumps you can be thrown on your head.
