You are right and if they made a good tool that would stand up to every heavy duty job then they wouldnt have any issues, but they spend a lot more on marketing then they do producing the best products on the market. They charge you premium prices for tools that are almost all plastic.

We used brand new bits so they were sharp enough. Just saying Makita doesn't have anything in there battery that talks to the tools like Milwaukee does. It prevents the tool from catching fire and if the tools get to hot or anything the battery shuts off the tools.

Well everyone has there preference in what they use... Just stating that the red lithium battery Milwaukee came out with this year is the best made battery period. I used my Milwaukee head to head against my friend who had Makita and we drilled 10 holes with a 1/2 bit through too 2x4's on top of eachother and the Makita...

Ryobi was the only smart company to make all the tools run all on 2 different batteries that's why they have sold so many tools and batteries.

Some of there older tools did suck but the new tools they have are by far the best out there. Way better battery than Makita and dewalt they are even worse then Makita. They have those new stupid tools called 20v max*** they are r eally just 18v just like every other tool. Milwaukee is really a 21v battery but...
