What is the deal with James leaving aldon? Ricky left "o show" because he wanted a higher level of training, then james uses aldon for a few season's, now he jumps ship to O show.

Maybe James knows how to train now, from Aldon, but realized he needed someone more race savvy, a former pro to talk to about line selections, tactics, race management etc...perhaps along the lines of what Ferry does for Canard.

the way i see it, james wanted to know if he was missing anything that would make him the best ,as rc went thru.
then , he decided it was a pricey proposition to continue and got his taste of what rc had been thru.
but o show was a part of rc winning world as well.
gotta remember, aldon was not available for james when rc was his main guy.

for some reason, months ago , i thought i read or heard james and aldon parted ways.something to do with what aldon was charging.( $ )

I have no affiliation with anybody..but based purely on speculation, i would say it was a bidding war between RV and Stewy..And Rv won out.

two things:

1. You will never get the full story here, because no one is going to divulge it here.
2. There is enough hints in this thread already to put together a decent picture of the facts...and you don't even have to be creative.

Just ALWAYS remember this, the Stewarts are VERY protective and VERY demanding of confidentiality.

and before anyone says it, the TV show is just that, a TV show

Or maybe since JS is out in Florida, which would leave Aldon to only focus James.... Maybe Aldon being with RV opens up more opportunity for him to train more riders (more cash)? Doesn't Aldon train RVand JW? That would be killing two birds with one stone.... $$$

I'm currently training RV and Stewie both.......we were just getting ready to sit down and eat some pancakes and bacon and watch "Christmas story". Aldon and O'Show could match up to my credentials , so they fired them and hired me.....which was the smartest decision they could have made.

Gotta go.....Roger D is calling me and asking for advice on how to get these orange bikes running correctly.

Between all this mess....Ricky can't get his car to drive strait......So i'm flying down in the morning to put some new wipers on.

Rumor is that Baker had the sports training knowledge and the "O" show had the racing knowledge. After dealing with both trainers, James is currently in negotiations with Dolan who can offer both sides in a single package.
