Few small changes on my build: De-badged the front PC pipe to look more like Hrc Powder coated lower forks black Fitted new plastic works front plate New Hrc replica bar mount made by Denton engineering Ditched Allen key bolts on fork clamps for ti hex heads. Just need to polish rear brake lever, try and find Hrc replica gear shift lever. 
Still looking for the holy grail of a 1997 cr125 NOS seat though.

today I send my first customer to try, then they will be available on EBAY, I am currently producing Powervalve for: KX 125 1987,1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 KX 250 - 1990-1992, 1993-94 KX 500 - 1987 Developments include: KX 125 1992-97 KX 250 - 1988-89 KX 500 - 1987 and other according to customer requirements

i would sure like to...but the travel and effort to do so coming from Switzerland is what's holding me back. With family at home and a wife that suffers from MS and needs my help it's a big task to leave all for almost a week. About 5 years ago i already paid the fee but eventually didn't go as i couldn't find someone to share the travel with. Back then i tried to partner with the italians but they had their truck already loaded with 13 bikes...no more space for mine. I'm already struggling to do events like Pinerolo...

Vintage Day Pinerolo / Italy 2019 - " C'era una volta il Cross " Last weekend there was a very nice vintage meeting at Pinerolo , a famous old-school track near Torino / Italy. We had beautyful weather on saturday and still perfect weather for riding on sunday as well. The track was perfect and there were hundreds of old bikes & older guys

I finally finished my build a few months ago, and forgot to post it here. Pretty happy with the way this one came out!!! Here are a few photos of it. Hope you guys dig it!! I have two sets of plastic for it, stock 93 graphics with numbers, and a McGrath 94 replica kit.

3/28/2016 3:00pm That was my very first bike, great engine and poor chassis. Very clean restoration, but for Italian bikes you should ask to Italian people, now it's plenty of passionists who make replica parts for missing ones, I suppose for pistons too. PM me and I can put you in touch with some of them.
