Yeah that was me. I did a whole bunch of shit and it ended up being the fuel pump. I had got a replacement pump but not a whole module and it worked for like a day and a half. I haven't ridden the bike for a long ride yet but I think its fixed.

Four strokes will often overheat if they idle too long unless you have a fan. Put more gas in it to keep the pump submerged if you want to idle a long time. Going from blowing a fuse to not makes me think you found the issue.

3/6/2026 7:16pm Cleaned the tank, changed the fuel line filter, replaced the fuel pump, and added fresh fuel tonight. Bike stopped blowing the fuel pump fuse and started up. 3/3/2026 6:31am I haven't ran the tank low, but I've let the bike idle quite a bit to get the oil temp up before riding. If the fuel pump is what the issue is, I'm not going to let it idle more than a couple mins in the future.

It sounds like either a short in the harness or in the pump. You could ohm out the pump positive and negative pins and see if it is open or shorted.
