Will post a video and another update in the next week or so! Bike had a base run on the dyno and it pulled 32.6hp. Apparently a new 125SX pulls 33.7 (every dyno reads different) so that’s pretty solid for a 14 year old bike!

Finally got the photos done! Bike is cosmetically done, getting some dyno work and engine performance mods! Will post updates on here as we go through the process

Engine is back in and bike is mostly complete! Just a few small things now, doing a photoshoot in the next couple weeks so will post those photos on here! Updated expenses list! Got the engine done finally! Keen to get it in the bike so I can get it running! How goods the engine bolt kit though! Put a list of parts that I replaced in the engine, also has new Crank and top end

Update! Wheels are done, brakes are assembled and bled. Graphics are on also. When the cases were apart the gearbox wasn’t buggered but the gears and a little wear on them but I was unable to find another gearbox so I left it. But came across one the other day so pulled the engine back out and will be able...

Haven’t updated in a little bit been a bit busy! Got my suspension revalved and got springs to suit my weight, also got a guts seat foam and cover! My coremoto brake lines showed finally so I assembled them with my cerakoted caliper! Excel spokes also came so I laced up the front wheel

Yeah the Honda master cylinder is meant to be really good but in my opinion the Brembo brakes are my first preference!

Yep I’m using the original calliper, I went with Brembo because I have a 450 SXF so I wanted a similar feel to that

So fully rebuilt the whole engine using Hot rods bottom end rebuild kit and pro x top end rebuilt kit. So once that was complete I started piecing it together! Got my forks assembled finally! Kashima tubes and cerakoted lugs! Also cerakoted my Brembo front brake master cylinder burnt bronze and did the lever black.

Cerakoted the shock body brunt bronze, also ordered top end rebuild kit and specbolt nickel wurks engine fastener kit so ill be able to start piecing it together when that all shows up!
