I just run a 06 style yz mastercylinder and caliper with a steel braided line and oversized braking 280 rotor. It’s killer compared to the stock 18 yz brakes.

Yea they won’t work, I have a silver Arc brake lever for your 06 I’ll sell you for $20 if you’re interested.
