yz levers old vs new

I am building my yz125 06 and can get a good deal on some sweet parts.
Such as renthal intellilever but there for the newer style yamaha front brake 08 and up. Will these levers fitt my 06 with some modification.

2006 on top, 2008+ on bottom. Look at the part on the lower right that pushes the m/c plunger. Quite a bit different.

Yea they won’t work, I have a silver Arc brake lever for your 06 I’ll sell you for $20 if you’re interested.

I have a 2013 YZ250 front master cylinder with the XPS pro taper folding out +up/down and adjustable clicker position lever you can have for cheap if you're interested. The new ball and socket design is much better than the old push design.
