I did call them back. They have now contacted me and we will resolve the issue. I do agree they stand by their products as they should.

So now I am left with a pipe that does not look like its new. I am pretty dissapointed since I just did a restoration on it from the frame up. This was the third time I rode the bike since I put it all back together.

The clasp at the end of the pipe where it bolts to the frame ripped off. The weld holding the clasp is what failed. I called and sent it in for repair / replacement. The pipe arived back after 3 weeks. They had welded on a new piece of pipe. However this piece of pipe was not chromed. The did...

I already did that Scottie I actually already had it fixed... I guess I should ask IF you had your pipe fixed under waranty were you happy with it?

I was hoping someone could shed some light on this. There is a "Castle Nut" that is holding the bearings and spacer in on my rear wheel set (excel wheel). Is there a special tool required to take this loose? It also looks as if they had peened it on two sides. Thank you!!
