That's KTM's version of linkage. It links the rear wheel to the frame.

but if you look close the swing arm only has a pivot point on ONE side Shocked

Looks like it's got some material under the chain. I can't imagine it would be stiff enough only anchored on the non drive side.

they have one sided swing arms so its feasible....

but those single sided swingarms have 2 anchoring points at the frame and 1 for the wheel axle. Big difference.

That's not a single sided swingarm. You just can't see it all from the pic angle.
