If they do nothing else he's been made an example enough by the publicity under the circumstances. If it plays out the way it looks now, he's likely to be spanked, but not shot.

It's not about buying one's way put of anything. DA's and Judge's generally don't go about wrecking first offenders, whatever their resources, in a situation like this.

But I guess any dispute about this in the genius pool here depends on what people judge to be a slap on the wrist or harsh.

I can tell you personally that most state court criminal court rooms are like clubs. 90% of the defense attorneys work it daily with the DA's and the judges and all know one another pretty well and work together well. There's a pretty good grasp of what's going to happen in a situation that deals with it proportionately. The sheer volume of it demands it.

It's not the police, it's the state. But beats me. I doubt that's his main concern. His reputation and his family's reputation is a lot more valuable than a Toyota truck.

When I searched the database ..... all three of those James Mack Stewart matched up with his exact date of birth 12-21-1985.

As for Big James...not sure ,didn't really research him. LOL
But I think he has property ordinance thing he didn't comply with....if I remember correctly from years back.

The real characters can be even better. It's a pretty interesting (and sobering) place if you're on the right side of the bar. But if you were to go there for arraignments or sentencing hearings, you'd be wanting the folks there to not waste a whole lot of time on the sort of stuff this matter represents.

you're missing my point. it's just the trend of big lifestyle and big ego that bankrupts alot of pro athletes after they retire. stewart wont be any different if he doesn't take things down a notch; honestly, if he's financially stable, then great! however, he's 24 years old and MAYBE has4-6 years left racing. i wasn' referring to the current issue, but if he gets off with a slap on the wrist, he won't learn any lesson and do something stupider next time. bank on that.

Plenty of "big lifestyle and big ego athletes" do just fine after retirement, only a small percentage seem to fail, and drugs & outside influences are a big part of the reason.
James leads a pretty simple lifestyle of a normal average multi-millionaire.
In fact so simple,he didn't hire a limo to take his buddy to the airport...James drove him, himself.

As for him learning not to play stupid illegal pranks or break the law.....
I'm sure when he was put in cuffs at the airport that was a lesson well learned....not to mention going to jail or having to deal with the backlash and all the negative media.

Also,if it has nothing to do with this recent arrest....why did you wait til now to post he was going to be bankrupt?
"simple lifestyle of a normal averale multi-millionaire?" - now that's funny! have you seen his show? to make my point again. he'll have to downsize alot at 30 years old to afford retirement.

Yeah I have seen his show....
Other then private jets I don't see anything else out of the norm.....
I see plenty of high end cars down here and nice homes owned by many people of many ages.
Are they all gonna go bankrupt also?

As for downsizing... a lot. LOL
I bet he could live off the interest his money gains and a few investments and still live just as he does now. Wink
With the exception of needing a private jet for race travel & other business dealings.

Is it his first brush with the law???

Do this Go to this Polk County Web Site

Type in name (middle initial is M) and birth date 12/21/1985

I'm shocked that Florida releases info from when a person had arrests as a kid.

yes, alot. most NFL players go bankrupt within three years after retirement; reason is that they don't downsize enough. just between property taxes, utilities, an upkeep on most of his stuff, he'll likely see the pain of retirement quickly.

as for florida being full of high-end cars and nice homes, that's true, but my brother bought one of those nice $600,000 homes a couple years ago for $300,000...in wellington.

lastly, if i were you, i wouldn't use Florida as any relative economical platform to brag about.
i stick to my original prediction that the guy, love him or hate him, will end up in bankruptcy court within 10 years, sorry to say, but the guy's gonna need to scale way back on his lifestyle.

Dude STFU, you assume that when he is done with SX his career is over which is totally wrong. He will be offered more money to race cars in Nascar or Indy the second he decides to leave SX. Stop talking out your ASS about things you nothing of......Besides at this point who really gives a crap if he will file bankruptcy in 10 years.

what? do you and fasteddy take turns licking his nuts at night? you two obviously have no clue what his career will bring, but based on what everyone sees on his show, he's got alot of overhead and idiots like you have no clue what it takes to maintain that sort of lifestyle. you need to STFU

James is also not an NFL player...last I checked. Laughing
Please show me a stat where most Pro MX racers who have made millions (Dungey/MC/RC/JS7 money) go bankrupt after 3 years...then you might be onto something.

I'll stick to my "original prediction" you haven't a clue of what you are talking about and you know nothing about James lifestyle other then what you seen on a half ass reality show, cribs or read in moto mags.

It's pretty much a fake scripted show for christ sakes.... but you knew that right?

I think you need to STFU and worry about your finances and not someone who prolly has 10x's the money you have....if not more.

A juvenile summons for driving a car at the young age of 11. That's the same year he killed the 65cc class at Lorretta Lynns. I hope pops whipped his ass for that. Also it had to be a car, if he rode a dirt bike on the street, he would have gotten an unregistered auto as well.

i use NFL athletes, because they have similar career spans and tend to live big. yes, the average is three years to bankruptcy court for them after leaving the NFL.
last i checked, only one of the guys you mentioned above got NASCAR deal and still doesn't live as big as stewart... and made more money.

How do you know RC doesn't live as big as Stewart?
Explain to me how Stewart lives so big...show me some proof (him VS RC)?

Also while you are at ,give me a list of NFL guys who have gone bankrupt over the past 5 years....
shouldn't be to hard for you to rattle off at least several hundred names, since you are an expert on the matter.
Waiting..... LOL

I don't really care for James to be honest, but I care even less for Idiots like you that spew crap they know nothing about. Like anyone really wants to hear your bankruptcy predictions. People who have an idea of what it takes to maintain his lifestyle, don't go around spouting on forums like you have......

Wow. A+ Not only are you top of the class, I think you should teach the class! And look, James is about to tuck the front end in classic fashion.
