Let me begin this thread with the statement that I've never been as fast as Blake WHarton. He is fast as hell and deserves what success he's had in his career, but...
It is of my opinion that it appears that he is just always on his ragged edge and is within a split second of yard-sailing it at all times.
I watch guys who are slower than Wharton is, and they all seem to have a better style, more fluid and smooth, whereas Wharton has a rigid back and just appears to be whiskey-throttled the entire time! When I watch him on the sx telecast he looks to be seconds away from crashing at any given point.
Lastly, it kinda seems like he has Vince Freise syndrome... faster guys will be trying to get around him and he just rides a wide wide wide bike!
Anyhow, that's all my opinion... what do you all think?

Speed is high this year, he's just trying to win. I also believe he has had some terrible bad luck.
Sipes had that one coming, suprised Wharton could wait that long.
Ya I will agree that Wharton has some terrible luck. Maybe I'm seeing what I'm seeing because the kid is just trying SOO hard to get to the front and it comes across as out of control.
