Does anyone of a pic of the monster scrub/whip bubba did when he went pass reed on the triple.....where i was sitting i couldnt see just how good it was but it still looked badass....im assuming it was a statement to reedy....and did anyone else notice stewart not charging nearly as hard in the corners as he normally does ?? it looked pretty bad a few times, goes back to when RC commented on it a few races ago.....

I heard him yell over to Chad that because of his clutch comments and with the riding tips from the few goons on Vital (who were coaching his technique) it made him faster, hence the pass. He was able to do that while keeping a finger on the clutch. Maybe the same goons can give him a few statrting tips for the next round.....

Something was wrong with Chad last night, and at Daytona too. He had no gas in his tank, rode to conserve energy and at the end of the race could barely muster the energy to get off the bike.

What statement did it make? "Hey I would like you're position?" It was a nice pass, a statement would have been parking him in the 1st row.

He may have crossed that line to where his body is run down from over training. I have personally seen this with more than few riders.

That's were a good trainer comes into play.

I thought he did a terrific job getting on the podium on a night when he was so obviously below par physically. He's had some great rides this year, but salvaging a third last night was a work of art in my book.

He may have been sick - when he was slumped over the bars after the race, his stomach actually looked bloated to me. Maybe it was just the camera angle, but he didn't look right at all.

Stewart was not making a statement to Reed. He has never had a problem passing that guy. Reed can't beat James. James knows it and so does Reed.

Oh my bad....lmao.

I was reading from my phone and didn't even notice that you were correcting yourself...I figured you were just being a douche bag toward someone else that made a mental gaff.

Sorry!!

Trust me, I read the forums...just don't post much anymore...was active on Motodrive but got tired of all the stupidity and petty arguments , some of which were my fault.

I think I've been on Vital since the start...

I don't think it was a statement. That is patented by him. He has done that same pass to pretty much everyone. And yes, it was badass.

James made the best statement he could have with that pass. He went past Reed like he was driving past the paperboy. Like Reed represented nothing more significant than a traffic cone that you have to steer around. It's nothing really unusual, that's how it is when you're so much faster.

He doesn't have to play like Reed does because he's so much better. He wins races by going faster

youre going to be so embarrased when you realize Reed has in fact beat James at a few races.

Cool bro, I don't know what happened to the edit button? Still don't know why people think James made a "statement" with the pass. He would have put the same pass on Nick Wey if he was in front of him. He wanted to get RV had nothing to do with Reed.

Dungey needs to learn how to pass...period. I like the kid, but he is absolutely too tentative when it comes to getting around slower riders. I've said this before, but he needs to enlist the services of Ricky Carmichael to instruct him in the nuances of passing.

ok i have to admit.....i thought when i saw the pass ( from the nose bleed seats 549) it looked like stewart was ALOT closer to him . granted either way, it was a nice pass but yeah it was definitely a pass ive seen him to many times. it wasnt what i thought it was....from where i was sitting it looked like he was inches away from reed and thats why i thought it was more of a statement he was making, but seeing it on tv i stand corrected. it was just a nice clean bubba scrub pass him...
