Was mis diagnosed by a red neck PA about a year ago and things are much worse a year later. MRA showed a partial tear so don't understand how PA missed it. Mountain biking and off road are OK but normal life sucks. Talked to some folks but would appreciate any input.

I highly recommend the ortho I have used in McKinney for my shoulder work. Will look his name up if interested.

I had 90% full thickness tear, with full AC separation. I went to Dr Joseph Stein at christus mother francis in Tyler TX.

He repaired both issues at the same time. This was a very difficult procedure and he knocked it out of the park.

I followed rehab protocol and was back on the bike in 6 months and a year later feel great! If your insurance allows do yourself a favor and give this man a call.

I had a partial tear, not bad but very painful. I went to a good physical therapist who showed me a whole new way of working out my back to support and stabilize my shoulders. Took about 6 weeks, but zero pain. He also suggested peptide therapy, but I didn’t do that. I’m about 6 months out and still no pain from it.

Can you share the provider details?
