So is it luck when the leader wrecks 2-3 different races and gives you the win? Especially when you are back 6 + seconds two weeks in a row...People can say what they want about Dungey getting lucky last year, but RV has gotten some gifts as well this year.

Dungey is racing here too. Why isn't he capitalizing on all these "lucky" wins that you make sound "free".

There are 20 guys lining up to the gate and being the fastest doesn't win the race. Dungey was lucky last year because the best of the best weren't lined up at the gate.

Idiot.

It takes all things to win a championship. So far so good.

Didn't they just race 20 laps to see who is the fastest?

You know RV has been known to go down a few times in the past. The seasons not over. Great ride by RV though.

So is it RV or RD's fault when someone can't finish races in front of them? It's called racing, they line up week in and week out to go 20 laps and who crosses the checkers first is given 25 points, etc., etc.

Dear Idiot,

The current guy leading the points was there for most of last season's SX series, and was behind Dungey when he crashed out, so the best of the best was there. The principle is still the same, and shows the double standards you fanboyz have since RV has had a few gifts handed to him. Dungey has that and he is "lucky", RV has it and he is "smart" because "being the fastest doesn't win the race". Of course, that's not what you fanboyz say if Dungey is not the fastest. You say he's not the fastest because he can't keep pace, not that he's "smart". If not for that DNF, Dungey would be sitting in second right now not too far off of RV. But you must be right, he was "lucky" last year and now that all the best of the best are here he doesn't have what it takes.

By the way, great ride by RV. As mentioned, he has been the best rider out there thus far.

Ricky said the key to winning tonite was 20 fast and mistake free laps. RV did that and James did not again. Do you not
think RV could go faster, but he chooses to go fast and not make mistakes and win. The answer to your question is no it is
not luck it is James mistakes or choices that keep him from winning. A gift is something you get once, if it keeps happening
it isn't a gift it is your lack of focus. That being said James finished that race with a lot of heart and he is definitely still the
fastest man on the planet. Give credit where credit is due. Go RV2!

THIS.
Saying anyone doesn't deserve a championship or win is fucking retarded. If anyone knew how hard any of the professional riders work they wouldn't say a damn word unless it was praise. If you can't ride 20 laps or 30+ 2, keep your comments to yourself.

Hope James is ok. He was putting in some blazing laps, too bad he went down.

RV did work tonight... Reed, Dungey and the rest had nothing for him. 23 points, should be a nail biter of a season!

I am not a huge RV fan but give credit where it is due, he is smart, rides cool and not over his head

RV2 is doing exactly what he needs to do to win the championship, riding fast and mistake free. He can ride his own pace and not be too concerned about James now since he has a fairly comfortable lead in points. He can practically just podium the remaining races and win the championship and James has to run the table or hope something happens to RV2. James may be the fastest guy on the track but he's also the most erratic as we found out tonight. However there is still a lot of races left to go and anything can happen. Great series so far...all kinds of drama going on!
