WOW!!....Awesome! can't wait to see him out there! I'm not sure how well he does in SX , but in the outdoors , he's stronger on the last lap then he is the first. Dude has heart for sure!

I think ricky is a very good rider, but just making the main will be a challenge as the field is super deep!

I think he will do alright. I know Ryno used to have him ride a lot of SX to train for endurocross. He also made the main in lites class a few years back in Seattle.

Let's be honest off-road rider with the factory boys he's got is work cut out, is it easy to race one race wide open amd do well or .....................I know he rode ferrys bike in texas for a 6th or something but that yami isn't factory !

Hope the best kid is amazing on a bike, give us something to talk about.

I've seen Deitrich when hes riding loose at a local track on a slow day, and the dude no doubt one of the fastest riders I have ever seen throw a leg over a bike.

Top 10? I like the guy and he did well a few races on his fill-in rides 2 years ago, but that was against a pretty depleted field. Let's just hope he makes the main and be happy with that.

Valli signed him to an outdoor MX deal a while back. I know he was planning on doing the Daytona SX all along as part of his training for the nationals. I don't think it has anything to do with MIA Stroupe and his "injury"

I've heard stories about Ricky D showing up to races like Phoenix SX on a stock KX250f and going out there and just killlll it! Hopefully he does good. I predict a 14th place finish.
