I have been publicly supportive of James this season... up to this point. I find this extremely hypocritical of him, considering the aggressive riding he dishes.
Emig called it "dirty south" and RC said Reed miscalculated.

Aggressive is one thing, that was a little different. I am not saying that it is impossible that another rider, James or even myself would not do it in that exact situation, but I would still call it dirty and poorly executed.

Yeah I think it was a little aggressive for Reed, but it is impossible the way Stewart point and clicks out of his corners to block pass him. If reed would have pivoted earlier where stewart passed him earlier and grabbed a handful throttle it would have been the same outcome. To me I think it is a racing incident, Chad was a little aggressive but Stewart should have taken that corner differently to protect the pass, you cant just go for the fast line when it leaves you open.

I think that what makes it unique is that 90% of the board warriors would NOT do the same thing. They'd be content to take the 2nd place points thankful to be on the podium. That's why this is so much fun to witness.

That was a great interview, I like some of Bubba's statements. "anything goes now" and in response to Reed's comments that Bubba put a hard pass on him for the lead, Bubba stated that he, "hit him with air coming by." Bubba smacked Reed with roost and air.
