Since I have 11 employs I dont think I could just quit my business so I would groom one to take over until all 5 of my kids were done with their schooling, then my wife and I would go on an endless vacation.

Interesting. I hope things are going well for you. I tried that once, and I only ended up giving my money away to learn how to do it. Me and the real estate market don't mix well. Now, I only buy what I'm going to live in.

I would buy a house in the desert and I would buy a house at the river and never work another f-ing day in my life. Id rescue as many animals from the humane society as I could and build Scott a kick ass track just for him.
