I think Carlos has shown time and time again that he really doesn't know what he's talking about and if he were a true moto fan, he would be a fan of all the riders! Roczen has done nothing in my eyes that anyone should be upset about, so this is just another pointless thread from a hater.

Is that in FLAriders definition bible of moto words or something? Where does it say that? Soccer and American football fans love their team and hate the others, the Euros I have seen fights on the soccer field with other fans because they hate them and their team,, they don't seem to be sharing the love but are they true fans? Fan is from the word fanatic and beating up your rivals fans is pretty fanatical to me. LOL I don't hate Roczen, I have said he is a fast rider and respect that he can ride much faster than myself. But he has not show me he can ride consistently faster than Tomac who is another rookie, let alone our faster riders.

So it's not a hater thread, it is a thread by its name, saying, Tomac won (Tops), and Roczen drops (he loses even more points to Tomac and others). Fair statement, no hate, just the facts ma'am.

I ignore people who instead of discussing the issue resort to personal attacks. Jamma is a personal attacker and I told him I would no longer respond to him, If he wanted to discuss the issue like a gentleman, I am for that but when people resort to personal attacks just tells me they have nothing left in the tank for me. Hyped? Yes, probably because he's actually an interesting story/character. Overhyped - I don't think so.

I think that pretty much everyone here has also forgotten that Ken was NOT KTM's big hope for this year - that was Marvin Musquin - remember him? the guy who consistantly beat Ken last year at the G.P.s

Carlos, you're incorrect on many assumptions you make, and like many others I have simply attempted to point that out, but you refuse to acknowledge anyone but yourself. Your posts are riddled with bigotted references towards European riders, yet you called ME 'anti-american' and a "US hater' which I find just as rude and disrespectful as any insult I may have made towards you.

Edit: I've just been back to the 'Roczen Photo' thread to remind myself what it was I said...

In response to a number of loaded, disparaging and inaccurate posts written by you towards European riders in general I replied with: 'Seriously, what the fuck are you even on about, are you simple or something?

I was going to apologise, as its not usually in my character to make such a remark. But when you're as derogatory and as far off the mark as you are on so many things, I think I still stand by it.

Sorry, but Is Christoph Pourcel not a Euro? Because i'm pretty darn' sure he gave more than few of your fastest American guys a run for their money, actually, it was all of your lites guys right? Only losing out on the title due to technical issues and a mistake.... I personally think he'd be right up there with Stewart and RV too but maybe that's just me.

excuse me if I am wrong, but isnt Muquin racing in the USA full time this season? Did KTM decide to put him back in the GP's after his knee surgery?

I still don`t get it. What PaleBlue is saying is that Roczen was not supposed to be number one guy for KTM in USA. It was supposed to be Musquin. Well, at least this season. Personally I think Ken has a lot for Musquin and it will be interesting next year with all the fast americans in the mix. It`s definitely won`t be just two of them and they will have to work their asses of to get on a box.

Pourcel is a Euro and a fast one for sure. Seems like the French have it down and have some of the best riders in Europe and have been the most competitive against the Americans.

That being said, as you pointed out, he still did not win the championships but was able to get one east lites.

One other thing I would like to point out. You see the Euros send over riders like Pourcel, He already had a mx2 championship, and he was racing against our newest rookies because the fast guys move up to the 450. Not only that, our fast rookies are divided between both the East and West, so it is not like they are racing against all our fastest rookies in any one SX race.

Its ok to pull for your favorite rider and make predictions as to what he can do just as I can mention how the accoplishments of our rookie over against those of the latest and greatest rookie out of Europe. I am just a balancing voice in a board that is over run with what some might call Roczen "nut huggers" Smile

BTW Mr FMX, Pourcel got x2 East Coast Championships - and you do know he was the only person to beat Villopoto et al in a SX race in '07, the year before he came over right?

Ok he didn't win the championship, but do you not agree he was the faster rider throughout the series? And that had he not have had the mechanical issues earlier in the season, it's more than likely he would've won the championship and not messed his shoulder up in the last round?
